Florida Signing and Witness Notes

In Florida a deed usually requires two adult witnesses and a notary acknowledgment. Many title companies also ask for two witnesses on a mortgage or other closing documents. Always follow the instructions from your title company or lender. We can provide one or two witnesses with advance notice for a small fee.
